Your cloud. Your data. Your compliance posture, kept intact.
Titan Workspace runs entirely inside your existing Microsoft 365 GCC environment. Document management, policy and SOP control, and no-code approval workflows — added natively, with no external cloud and no data ever leaving your tenant.
Most document and policy platforms sold to government store your content on their own cloud having a separate authorization, a separate data location, and a new vendor to manage. Titan removes all three by never leaving your tenant.
Titan installs as a SharePoint solution inside your GCC tenant. There is no Titan operated database or cloud holding your documents.
Entra ID identity, Conditional Access, and Purview retention and audit logging all keep applying. Titan works within the controls you already run.
Because Titan does not introduce a new external service, it operates within the environment your existing Microsoft authorization already covers.
Every approval, revision, attestation, and access event is captured and written to Microsoft Purview Audit, supporting your own reporting.
Workflow automation runs without Power Apps premium licenses, and document management needs no additional SharePoint Server licenses.
Configuration driven setup means going live in weeks rather than the multi-month cycles traditional ECM platforms require.
Titan is a configuration and workflow layer that lives inside your GCC tenant alongside the documents it governs.
There is no Titan cloud on the other side of a firewall, because there is no other side. Everything runs where your content already sits.
The same platform, applied to the records, policies, and approvals that government teams manage every day.
Deploy a document and policy capability inside GCC without a new vendor cloud, a new authorization, or a six-month implementation. It runs within your existing Microsoft environment.
Get access governance, retention, and timestamped audit trails generated natively and written to Purview, to support your own audit and reporting work.
Manage contract and document lifecycles with structured workflows, e-signature, and a complete, defensible history across internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate reviews and approvals across departments and vendors without email chains, permission confusion, or version control failures.
Document, Policy & Compliance Management on Microsoft 365 GCC.
No, and we are careful not to imply otherwise. Titan is not a separately authorized federal cloud service. It runs inside your Microsoft 365 GCC tenant and relies on the authorization and controls Microsoft provides for that environment. Titan does not introduce a new external cloud that would require its own authorization.
No. Titan does not operate an external database or cloud. All document content, metadata, workflow logs, and audit records are stored within your tenant — in SharePoint, Teams, and Purview — subject to your tenant's data residency settings.
These environments have requirements beyond standard GCC, and we do not make blanket claims about them. If GCC High or a higher-assurance environment is in scope for you, contact us first — we will review the specific controls, deployment scope, and any constraints with your security team before anything is committed.
Yes, as a supporting tool. Titan provides role-based access through Entra ID groups, metadata tagging, controlled sharing, retention schedules, and timestamped access and approval logs written to Purview. Responsibility for your organization's compliance and any formal authorization remains with your agency.
No additional Microsoft licenses are required beyond your existing GCC subscription. Titan's workflow automation does not require Power Apps premium licensing, and its document management does not require additional SharePoint Server licenses.
Most deployments go live in a few weeks, depending on the number of document types and workflow stages — compared with the many-month cycles traditional ECM platforms require. Because Titan is configuration-driven, later changes take hours rather than a software release.
